Lemon Tart π₯§π
Ingredients
1L of milk
1 and a half cups of wheat semolina
3 c. of butter soup
1 and a half cups of sugar
Zest of 1 lemon
4 eggs
450g ricotta cheese
Butter
Preparation
1. Heat 1L of milk in a pan and let it boil. Then strain into another pan and add 1 and a half cups of wheat semolina and stir. Turn off the heat and add 3 tbsp. of butter and 1 and a half cups of sugar. Stir again.
2. Add the zest of 1 whole lemon, 4 whole eggs, mixed one at a time, mixing well after each addition, and 450g of ricotta cheese.
3. Transfer to a greased, removable bottom pan lined with parchment paper. Bake at 180ΒΊC for 45 minutes.
