 Coconut Cake 🍰🍰


Ingredients

 

For the cake:


4 eggs

2 glasses (250ml) of sugar

2 cups (250ml) of wheat flour

1 col. shallow baking powder (soup)

1 glass (250ml) of boiling milk


For the syrup:

1 can of condensed milk

1 can of cow's milk

1 glass (200ml) of coconut milk

Roof:

150g grated coconut






Preparation



For the cake:


Beat the egg whites, add the yolks one by one. Add the sugar and beat until bubbles form. Add the wheat flour, yeast and milk, interspersing it with the flour.

Place in a large, greased and floured baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 180º for 40 minutes, or until a toothpick test comes out clean.

  For the syrup:


Mix all the ingredients very well.

As soon as the cake comes out of the oven, cut it into squares and drizzle with the syrup. All of it!

  Roof:


Sprinkle the grated coconut over the cake with the syrup.

Place in the fridge overnight. This cake should be served very cold!
