 Stuffed Potato 😊🍹


Ingredients


4 nice big potatoes

Olive oil q.b.

200g minced beef

Salt q.s.

Pepper to taste

1 teaspoon sweet pepper

1 bay leaf

4 tablespoons dark beer

1 small onion

4 garlic cloves

200g chopped spinach

Cheddar cheese

Oil





Preparation


1. Start by washing the potatoes very well; rub them with olive oil and place in the oven, preheated to 180°C for a minimum of 40 minutes.

2. Season the meat with salt, pepper, paprika, the bay leaf and two of the tablespoons of beer: mash well and let it rest.

3. In a low skillet, saute the finely chopped onion and garlic in a good drizzle of olive oil until they turn golden; add the meat and as soon as it boils add the beer.

4. Once the potatoes are ready, open them with a knife and remove the potato pulp; toss with the meat, spinach and cheddar cheese and re-stuff the potatoes.

5. Brush the potatoes with olive oil and return to the oven to brown them.

6. Be extremely happy eating!
