Spaghetti Bolognese 🍝🍝😋


Ingredients


500g minced beef

1/2 chopped onion

1 beef bouillon cube

olive oil q.b.

2 cans of diced tomatoes

grated parmesan q.b.

500 g of spaghetti



 


Preparation



Before preparing the spaghetti Bolognese, stir it with the onion and olive oil. As soon as it browns, add the meat until it gains color.

During this process, add 3 meat broths (or 3 tablespoons of oxtail) and stir.

When it's blushing, add the tomato previously passed through the magic wand. Let the Bolognese sauce cook over low heat for about ½ hour. Taste and, if necessary, add more broth or soup.

Meanwhile, cook 500g of spaghetti, according to package instructions. When the spaghetti is cooked, drain and place portions in deep plates.

Cover the spaghetti with spoonfuls of the Bolognese and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
