Asian Prawns 🦐🦐
Ingredients
300g of prawns
50ml soy sauce
5g sesame oil
½ chilli with skin and seeds
6g of sugar
1 bunch of coriander
10g fresh ginger
5g wasabi powder
Juice of half a lime
Preparation
1. Separate the head from the body of 300g of prawns.
2. Grease a frying pan with a splash of oil and add the shrimp heads. Add 1 tablespoon of roughly chopped ginger, half a chilli with skin and seeds and the stems of a bunch of chopped coriander.
3. Add the shrimp body, 3 tablespoons of soy, 1 teaspoon of wasabi, 1 pinch of sugar, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and the juice of half a lime.
4. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve.
