Octopus Rice 😋😋🍹


Ingredients


1 kg of octopus

1 large chopped onion

2 garlic cloves

1 c. chopped parsley soup

1 glass of red wine

olive oil q.b.

200 g carolino rice





Preparation


Remove the octopus, reserving the cooking water and break it into pieces.

Make a stew with the onion, garlic, parsley and olive oil. Once the onion is translucent, add the octopus and drizzle with the wine.

Cover and let stew for about 10 minutes. Measure with the cup used to measure the rice, triple the amount of broth and add to the octopus.

As soon as it boils, adjust the seasoning, add the rice and cook over medium heat. Once the rice is cooked, serve immediately. Note: Check the packaging of all ingredients to make sure they are free of gluten.
