 Fruit Jelly with Fresh Fruit and Yogurt 🍎🍌🍑🍇🍍


Ingredients



500ml orange juice

500ml apple juice

8 gelatin sheets

1 Madeira banana

15 raspberries

15 grapes cut in half

500g sweetened Greek yogurt





Preparation



1. Hydrate 8 gelatin sheets with cold water.

2. Drain the hydrated gelatins and melt them in hot water.

3. Add half the gelatin to 500ml of orange juice and the other half to 500ml of apple juice.

4. Pour the mixtures into rectangular containers and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours to solidify.

5. Cut the gelatin into cubes and serve in a bowl, layered with 1 banana in pieces, 500ml of sweetened Greek yogurt, 15 grapes and 15 raspberries.
