Cod Rice Recipe 😊😊
Ingredients
1 chopped onion
1 coffee cup of olive oil
400g of shredded cod
2 cups steamed rice
1 teaspoon smoked paprika or paprika
salt to taste
pepper to taste
4 eggs to star
star oil
parsley to garnish
Preparation
1. Sauté a chopped onion in 1 cup of olive oil. Season with salt.
2. Add 400g of shredded codfish and 2 cups of steamed rice.
3. Pour 1 liter of hot water. Season with salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon of smoked paprika (or paprika).
4. Let cook 10 to 15 minutes. Adjust seasonings if necessary.
5. Crack 4 eggs, season with pepper and salt.
6. Sprinkle the rice with chopped parsley.
7. Serve eggs over rice.
