Chocolate and Walnut Cake 🍰🍰
Ingredients
200 g of Dark Chocolate
100 g of sugar
200 ml of cream
150 g of walnuts
3 eggs
Preparation
Place 100g of chocolate broken into pieces together with the cream in a container and heat at medium temperature for 2 minutes.
Beat the yolks with the sugar until you get a creamy mixture.
Add the chocolate, ground nuts and mix well. Gather the egg whites, carefully folding them together.
Pour the preparation into a mold previously greased with butter and cook at maximum power for 6 minutes. Unmold and place on a grid or board.
Melt the remaining chocolate in the microwave for 2 minutes and pour over the cake. Place in the fridge until serving time.
