Apple cake ππ
Ingredients
4-5 medium apples
3 eggs M-L
1 1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup of oil
1 1/2 cup unbleached wheat flour
1 c. yeast tea
1 c. cinnamon tea
Salt q.s.
Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 180ΒΊC.
2. Grease and line a 25cm springform tin with parchment paper.
3. Peel 4 to 5 firm apples, cut into cubes and place in a bowl.
4. In a separate bowl, add the eggs, sugar, oil and beat with a wire whisk.
5. Over the mixture, sift the wheat flour, baking powder, cinnamon and a pinch of salt. Mix and add the apples.
6. Engage everything, lay in shape and take to preheated oven for 45 to 55 minutes.
7. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down a bit.
