Shrimp Tikka Masala 🍤🍤🍤😍😍

Ingredients

•2 pack. Giant Shrimp Core
•1 natural yogurt
•200 ml of coconut milk
•1 small lemon
•1 tomato
•200 ml of tomato pulp
•2 c. black pepper tea powder
•2 c. powdered cumin tea
•2 c. powdered saffron tea
•1 c. powdered cardamom tea
•1 c. powdered nutmeg tea
•1 c. ground cinnamon coffee
•1 onion and 1 clove of garlic
•Ginger and coriander q.s.
•Salt and coconut oil q.s.





Preparation

Defrost the shrimp core, rinse under cold running water and drain well;
Mix all the spices in a bowl (black pepper, cumin, saffron, cardamom, nutmeg and cinnamon). Season the shrimp core with salt, lemon juice, two thirds of the spices and natural yogurt. Engage well, cover and marinate in the cold for approximately 30 minutes;
In a wide non-stick skillet, heat 1 c. of coconut oil soup and sauté the shrimp core with the spices over high heat for 1 to 2 minutes on each side. Remove the shrimp and reserve hot;
In the frying pan for sautéing the shrimp, heat another 1 c. of coconut oil soup and soften the chopped onion and garlic with 1 c. of grated fresh ginger soup. Then add the finely chopped tomato (without the skin) and the rest of the spices (one third) and stir over high heat for 1 to 2 minutes. Add the tomato pulp and cook over medium heat for another 4 to 5 minutes, stirring;
Add the sautéed shrimp crumbs and coconut milk, bring to a boil and cook over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes;
Serve the shrimp tikka masala immediately sprinkled with chopped coriander, accompanied with basmati rice and naan bread (optional).
