Shrimp and mango salad 😋😊🍹
Ingredients
150 g wholemeal spaghetti
200 g shrimp crumbs
1 mango
100 g fresh mushrooms
chopped parsley q.b
lemon juice to taste
q.b soy sauce
olive oil q.b.
salt to taste
Preparation
In a pan, boil salted water and cook the spaghetti until al dente (check the instructions on the package).
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a wok and sauté the shrimp and fresh mushrooms. When it's almost ready, add the already cooked spaghetti and mix well.
When plating, add the diced mango, chopped parsley and season with lemon juice and soy sauce to taste.
