Mexican Vegan Burger πŸ”πŸ”πŸ˜Š


Ingredients


1 pack of LBURGER

2 pickled roasted peppers

2 c. of guacamole soup

lettuce leaves q.b.

2 slices of vegan cheese

jalapeΓ±o peppers q.s.

2 c. of tomato sauce soup

2 vegan burger buns





Preparation



Cut the red onion into rings and the roasted peppers into strips. Lightly grill the red onion and set aside.

Cut the hamburger buns in half and grill both halves until grill marks appear.

Prepare the BURGER according to the instructions on the package. Place a slice of vegan cheese on top of the burgers while they are still hot.

Build the burger on the bun in the following order: spread the base of the bun with guacamole and then add the lettuce, the pepper in strips, the burger with the slice of cheese, the grilled red onion and finally add the tomato sauce to taste . If you like spicy food, add some jalapeΓ±o peppers.

TIP: Serve with traditional Mexican side dishes and ingredients, such as nachos, crΓ¨me fraiche, corn on the cob, salsa, plus a splash of guacamole and lime.
