Cookie and Chocolate Cake 🍰🍰
Ingredients
30 rectangular cookies
300 g cream
200 ml of milk
4 c. of NESQUIK soup
3 c. of sugar soup
3 eggs
200 g of Dark Chocolate
Preparation
Melt the broken chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave.
Whisk the yolks with the sugar until fluffy.
Add the melted chocolate, mix well and fold in the beaten egg whites.
Mix the milk with the Nesquik, lightly dip the biscuits in this mixture and cover the base and sides of a buttered rectangular mold with a portion of them.
Fill with a layer of chocolate mousse and cream and cover it with another layer of biscuits. Place in the fridge for a few hours before unmolding.
Sprinkle with a little cocoa powder before serving.
