 Chocolate Cake with Plums and Nuts 🍰🍹


Ingredients


200 g of Dark Chocolate

4 eggs

80 g of flour

80 g of butter

60 g of sugar

50 g walnut kernels

1 sachet of yeast

6 plums





Preparation


Preheat the oven with the thermostat set to 5/6 (160°C). Wash and cut the fruit into four quarters. Remove the core.

In a bowl, break the chocolate into squares, add the butter into pieces and melt in the microwave for 2 minutes at 500W. Add the eggs, sugar and flour. Stir and add the yeast.

Cut the walnuts into large pieces and add them. Stir and pour the mixture into a greased round mold.

Arrange the fruit in the shape of a flower on top, pressing them lightly. Bake for 35 minutes.
