Chocolate and Peach semi cold 🍰😋
Ingredients
1 sprig of mint
250g dark chocolate
4 eggs
150g canned peaches
150 g of butter
Preparation
Grease a silicone mold with butter and line it with baking paper.
Drain the peaches well and cut them into small pieces.
Melt the chocolate with the butter in the microwave. Mix, add the egg yolks and beat gently until you get a fine cream.
Beat the egg whites and add with soft, enveloping movements.
Add the peaches and mix. Pour into the mold and place in the freezer for 4 hours.
Cut some peaches into slices without cutting completely and set aside.
Unmold and serve with peach slices and mint leaves.
