1 avocado pear

4 eggs

70gr of oil

250gr of sugar

250gr of flour

1 teaspoon yeast

lemon zest

In a blender, place all the ingredients, except the flour and yeast. Grind everything very well.

Add the flour and baking powder and mix everything again.

Your preparation is ready. Place it in a mold and bake in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for about 30 minutes.
