Madeira-style chopped
INGREDIENTS
500 g of beef cut into cubes (from the rump or loin)
3 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of oxtail
2 bay leaves
qb of butter
qb of salt
1 glass of white wine
qb of olive oil
PREPARATION
Season the meat with the chopped garlic and bay leaf.
Stir well to coat the meat in these seasonings.
Place a little butter in a frying pan and bring to a boil.
When it melts, add a drizzle of olive oil.
Add the meat to the skillet.
Keep turning the pieces as they fry.
Season with a little salt, add the oxtail soup and drizzle with the white wine.
At the end, turn off the heat and let it rest for 2 or 3 minutes in the pan.
Place the meat on a tray and accompany with fries and salad.
