Chocolate Pie with Chestnuts
Ingredients
250 g of whipped cream
100 g of sugar
100 g of butter
6 brown icings
1/2 s. nutmeg tea
1 cup of rum
250 g of 70% Dark Chocolate
1/2 s. powdered cinnamon tea
1 packet of sanded dough
Preparation of chocolate pie with chestnuts
Roll out the sanded dough and line a pie tin with it. Prick the bottom with a fork and cover with aluminum foil, pressing down well on the sides so they don't fall down when cooking.
Place the pie in the oven, previously heated to 200ΒΊ C, for 15 minutes. Remove the aluminum foil and bake for another 5 minutes (it should be completely cooked).
Melt 250 g of chocolate broken into pieces and let it cool.
Beat the melted butter with the sugar until the mixture is creamy.
Add the warm chocolate, rum, broken browns, cinnamon and nutmeg and fold in the whipped cream.
Fill the pie and place in the fridge for 2 hours.
