Banana Cake with Chocolate and Nuts



Ingredients

 


400gr of very ripe banana (3 to 4 bananas)

2 eggs M-L

3/4 cup of sugar (150gr)

2/3 cup of oil (160ml)

2 cups of wheat flour

1 s. cinnamon tea

1 s. salt tea

1 s. yeast tea

1 cup of walnuts

Butter, softened q.s.

100g semisweet chocolate

150ml of cream (33% fat)




Description


Grease the mold with softened butter and sprinkle with flour.

Place the bananas in a bowl and crush them roughly.

Add eggs, chopped walnuts, sugar, vegetable oil and mix everything together.

Add the sifted flour, baking powder, cinnamon and a pinch of salt. Wrap everything.

Pour the dough into the mold and bake in the oven for about 35/45 minutes at 180ºC.

Remove the cake from the oven and place on a wire rack to cool.

Add the chopped semisweet chocolate to the cream, heated in a pan. Stir until everything is well dissolved.

Unmold the cake carefully and drizzle with the chocolate syrup.
