Yogurt and Strawberry Flan 😋🙂 INGREDIENTS FOR THE DOUGH: 300 g of toasted cookies; 150 g of softened butter. INGREDIENTS FOR COVERAGE: 150 g of strawberries; 100 g of strawberry compote; 10 sheets of gelatin 4 yogurts with flavors to taste; 3 dl of milk; 1 can of condensed milk;



PREPARATION OF THE YOGURT AND STRAWBERRIES FLAN: 1st. To start, we will chop the cookies until they are like breadcrumbs and add the softened butter. Mix well. 2nd Then we will put everything in a form to open, spread and press with a spoon so that it covers the entire form. Take it to the freezer. 3rd. As for the covering, we put gelatin sheets to soak in cold water for 10 minutes. Then drain and melt in a bain-marie (or in the microwave, too). Pour the condensed milk into the blender cup, add the yogurts, the milk and the melted gelatin. Plug in and let everything go. Then, pour it into the mold and take it to the cold until it solidifies. 4th Finally, we are going to cut the strawberries into slices. Unmold the flan, arrange the strawberry slices and sprinkle everything with the jam. And the Yogurt and Strawberry Flan is ready! Enjoy it!
