Spaghetti with Bacon and cheeses, in the oven 😉


Ingredients

300g cooked spaghetti
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 minced leek
200g bacon, coarsely ground in food processor
50ml of cream
3 eggs
100g of leftover cheese between them (parmesan, flamenco, goat, half-cured) + 50g of cheese for sprinkling
100g of cherry tomatoes
6 basil leaves coarsely chopped
Salt and pepper
Oil spray for greasing
100g dried fruit (cashew, walnut, hazelnut) toasted, crushe





Description 1. Saute 200g of bacon until browned. 2. Blend 100g of leftover cheese with some fresh basil leaves. Beat 3 eggs, add 50ml of cream and season with pepper. 3. Add 1 small chopped leek to the bacon and cook. 4. Add the cheeses to the egg mixture and add 600g of leftover spaghetti. Wrap everything. 5. Finally, add the bacon to the spaghetti mixture and mix again. 6. Arrange the mixture on a platter greased with spray oil. Garnish with 100g of cherry tomatoes and sprinkle with 50g of grated cheese. 6. Place in a preheated oven at 200ºC for 25 minutes. Serve and sprinkle with chopped nuts.😊😋
