Spaghetti with Mushroom Cream 😊



Ingredients

1 chicken stock cube
300 ml evaporated milk or milk
350 g of spaghetti
50 g chives
2 garlic cloves
300 g of fresh mushrooms
3 c. of oil soup
1 c. of flour tea
40 g grated parmesan cheese
2 sprigs of fresh parsley





Preparation of spaghetti with mushroom cream

Wash and arrange the mushrooms and parsley and cut into pieces. Chop the chives and garlic.
Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions.
In a skillet heated with oil, fry the chives and garlic for 2 minutes over low heat. Then add the mushrooms, increasing the heat a little and let them sauté for about 3-4 minutes. Add the Chicken Broth and sprinkle with the flour, evaporated milk or milk and the grated cheese. Let it cook for another 2 minutes on low heat.
Add the previously prepared sauce to the spaghetti and serve with parsley to taste. 😉
