Hake in the Oven with Mashed Potato and Vegetables 😊

Ingredients

75 g red pepper

75 g of courgette

75 g of leek

5 c. of oil soup

3 cloves of garlic

2 c. of salt tea

75 g of mushrooms

400 g deep-frozen hake fillets

2 c. of chopped fresh herbs (parsley, coriander or tarragon)

1 package of Mashed Potato

1 egg yolk

Preparation of hake in the oven with mashed potatoes and vegetables

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.

Cut the peppers into strips, the courgettes into cubes and the leek (only the white part) into slices. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a frying pan with two crushed garlic cloves, add the chopped vegetables and season with a teaspoon of salt. Stir and let it cook on low heat for 10 minutes. Add the mushrooms and sauté another 7 to 8 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

Place the hake loins in an oven dish. Mix well the remaining oil and salt, the remaining chopped garlic and herbs and sprinkle the fish with this mixture. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.

Prepare the puree according to the package instructions.

Remove the container from the oven, place the puree and brush it with the previously beaten egg yolk. Distribute the vegetables as well and return to the oven until the puree is golden. 😉
