Clams with Tomato Sauce😋


Ingredients

1 onion

1 clove of garlic

1/2 red chilli

4 stems of basil

2 c. of oil soup

1 can of peeled tomato

1 kg clams

1 glass of white wine

salt q.b.






Preparation of clams with tomato sauce


the onion, garlic, the seedless chili and half of the basil and sauté in a small pan with the oil.

Add the tomato cut into pieces and let it boil. Add the clams, drizzle with the white wine and season with salt. Let it cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes, until the clams open.

Sprinkle with the remaining chopped basil and serve with toasted bread.🙂
