Burger with Mango and Tomato and Curry Sauce 🙂


Ingredients

1 package of Veggie Burgers
200 g of fried tomato (homemade style)
175 g of mango
200 g of tender onions
1 c. curry soup powder
1 c. of brown sugar soup
2 c. of oil soup
40 g of lettuce leaves
4 sesame hamburger buns



Preparation of hamburger with mango and tomato and curry sauce

Peel the mango, remove the pulp and cut it into cubes. Clean the onions and cut them into small pieces. Lightly fry in a frying pan with 1 tablespoon of oil until they are lightly golden.
Heat the tomato with the curry and sugar for approximately 5 minutes and let it cool. Mix with mango and onion.
Wash the lettuce leaves and dry them.
Heat the skillet with the remaining oil and prepare the burgers as directed on the package instructions.
Place the lettuce and hamburgers on the bun and add some of the mango sauce on top.
Tip: Instead of mango, you can use bananas or peaches, the contrast with the fruit is very nice.🤗
