Potato, Bacon and Watercress Salad 😋


Ingredients

1 kg of potatoes
200 g of bacon in pieces
100 g of watercress leaves
1 c. grain mustard dessert
2 c. of red wine vinegar soup
8 c. of oil soup
salt and pepper q.s.



Preparation of potato, bacon and watercress salad

Cut the potatoes in half, rinse with water and cook them for about 15 minutes in boiling water seasoned with salt. While the potatoes are cooking, fry the bacon in a non-stick skillet over high heat so that it is browned. Drain on absorbent paper.
In a bowl, mix the mustard with the vinegar, mix, season with a little salt and pepper and then add the olive oil in a stream, stirring constantly.
Drain the potatoes, place on a platter or salad bowl, add the watercress, bacon, pour over the sauce, mix well and serve immediately. 🙂🍸
