Spanish braised squid



Ingredients:


800g of clean squid

1/4 cup of oil tea

1 tablespoon of coarse salt

4 chopped garlic cloves

1 cup of parsley tea


Preparation:


Put the oil in a skillet and let it heat up.

Then add coarse salt

Place the cut squid into medium strips.

Let it cook for some minutes.

Add the parsley and the minced garlic, stir, and after 2 minutes remove and serve.
