Pasta with Fresh Sausages and Cream


Ingredients:

3 large fresh pork or turkey sausages
200g of elbow dough or another to taste
1 and ½ tablespoon of oil
1 chopped garlic clove
1 teaspoon full of mustard
200 ml of cream
1 teaspoon of chopped dried basil
Freshly grated parmesan cheese
Salt q.s.
Black pepper q.s.

Preparation:

1. In a pan with plenty of boiling water, season with salt.
Add the dough.
Stir and cook for approximately 9 minutes until cooked through.

2. After 9 minutes, drain the dough.
Drizzle with a drizzle of oil and stir so that it doesn't stick.

3. Meanwhile, prepare the sausages.
With a sharp knife, cut the skin and remove it from the sausages.
Cut sausages into pieces.

4. In a skillet, heat the remaining oil and the minced garlic.
Stir and let it heat up well without letting it brown.
Add the sausages.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Let it sauté and separate the meat with two spoons so that the pieces are loose.

5. After the meat is well done, add the mustard and stir.
Add the dough and sauté a little.

6. After everything is well sauteed, add the cream and basil.
Mix well and let it heat up without bringing it to a boil.
Serve immediately sprinkled with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
