Tortilla pizza


Ingredients:


2 wheat tortillas

1 dessert spoon of olive oil

1 chopped garlic clove

3 tablespoons of tomato pulp

½ coffee spoon of sugar

Salt q.s.

Dried oregano leaves q.s.

150g grated mozzarella cheese

3 finely sliced ​​fresh mushrooms

3 slices of bacon cut into strips

2 slices of ham cut into strips

12 thin slices of meat sausage

2 big eggs

12 pitted black olives


Preparation:


1. In a skillet, heat the oil and garlic.

Stir and let it heat up without letting it brown.

Add the tomato pulp and stir.

Season with salt stones, sugar and dried oregano leaves.

Stir and as soon as it starts to boil, remove from heat.


2. Place the tortillas on a baking tray.

Divide the tomato sauce between the tortillas and spread with a brush.

Sprinkle the tortillas with the grated mozzarella cheese.

On top, spread to taste the sliced ​​mushrooms, bacon, ham, chorizo ​​and olives.


3. Break the eggs and separate the yolks from the whites.

Place a yolk in the center of each tortilla.

Season the egg yolks with a few pebbles of salt.

Finally, sprinkle everything with dried oregano leaves.


4. Place in a preheated oven at 210ºC for 5 minutes.

After the blond tortillas, remove.

And it is ready to be served.
