 Strawberry icecream


Ingredients:

500g of strawberries
400 ml of cream
200g of powdered sugar (or sweeten to taste)

Preparation:

1. Mash the strawberries in a blender and set aside.
2. Beat the cream with sugar until firm and fluffy.
3. Add strawberry pulp and place in ice cream maker.
If you don't have an ice cream maker, place the mixture on a covered tray and place in the freezer.
Every 2 hours remove the ice cream from the freezer and beat with a fork or wire rod to break up the ice crystals. Repeat until ice cream is creamy.
4. Store in a tightly closed bowl in the freezer.
