Spinach Sauteed with Bacon


Ingredients:

500 g of spinach
3 chopped garlic cloves
50 g of oil
200g of bacon cut into cubes
1 tablespoon of whiskey
Salt q.s.
White pepper q.s.

Preparation:

1. In a frying pan, sauté the garlic in the oil, then add the bacon strips and let it fry;
2. Add the whiskey, stir and let it settle for about 2 minutes;
