 Orange Pudding


Ingredients:

10 eggs
400g of sugar
2 tablespoons of cornflour
Juice of 2 large oranges
250 ml of milk
80 ml of Port Wine
liquid caramel

Preparation:

1. Line a pudding tin well with liquid caramel.

2. In a bowl, mix the sugar and cornflour.
Add the broken eggs and beat.
While beating, add the milk, orange juice and Port wine.
Beat until everything is well mixed.

3. Pour into the shape and cover it tightly.
Place in a pan and add water to half the pan.

4. Place in a preheated oven at 190º and cook for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
After the pudding is cooked, remove it and let it cool a little.
When it is warm, unmold.

After the pudding is cold it is ready to serve.
