 Chocolate Mousse Cake


Ingredients :

250g of chocolate in a cooking tablet, broken into pieces
150g of butter
6 eggs
200g of sugar
60g of T55 wheat flour with yeast
Powdered sugar for sprinkling
1 mold with a removable ring, 26 cm in diameter, previously buttered, lined with parchment paper and buttered again.

Preparation:

1. Heat the chocolate and butter in a bain-marie
After everything is melted, stir very well and remove from heat.

2. Place the chocolate in a bowl.
With a wire rod, stir a little and mix the sugar well.
Break the eggs and add 2 eggs at a time to the chocolate.
Mix very well between each addition.
Finally, add the flour and mix well.

3. Pour the preparation into the pan.
Place in a preheated oven at 200ºC and bake for 15 minutes.
If you want the cake a little more cooked, leave it for 20 minutes.

4. Once the cake is baked on the outside, remove it.
You can eat this cake, hot or cold, but to unmold it, it should be cold.
Finally, sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar
