Creamy lemonade
Ingredients:
2 medium lemons (wash very well)
1 liter of water
1 packet of cream (or soy cream)
1/2 cup of sugar or sweetener (use sweetener)
plenty of ice
Preparation:
Cut off the ends of the lemons, cut them into quarters and remove the white part in the middle, leave the peel.
Beat with water in a blender for only 5 seconds, sift, pour the juice back into the blender, add the ice, cream and sugar, or sweetener and blend a little more.
Serve immediately.
