 Bean Soup with Entrecote


Ingredients:

600g of cut-to-length spare rib keyboard
150g of blood pudding to bake
100g of meat sausage
4 tablespoons of oil
1 chopped onion
3 chopped garlic cloves
550g of cooked red beans
1 turnip cut into pieces
300g of potatoes
1 turnip sauce arranged
1 large carrot cut into cubes
1 turnip cut into cubes
Salt q.s.

Preparation:

1. In a pan, heat the oil, onion and garlic.
Stir and let it cook.
Add the spare ribs.
Season with salt.
Add the sausages, beans, chopped turnip, potatoes and 3 liters of water.
Cover and cook for 30 minutes.

2. After the 30 minutes, remove the sausages and spare ribs on a platter.
Pass the soup with the magic wand.
To the soup, add the turnips, carrots and diced turnip.
If necessary, add a little more water.
Stir, cover and cook for approximately 30 minutes, until the vegetables are cooked through.

3. After everything is cooked, add the sliced ​​sausages and the meat.
When it starts to boil, it is ready to serve.
