Orange pie


INGREDIENTS

250 ml of orange juice

500 g of sugar

50 g of flour

8 large eggs

Zest of 1 orange

Grease margarine

Sprinkling sugar



PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS


Grease a tray with margarine, line it with parchment paper and grease again. Turn the oven on 180 degrees.
In a bowl, mix the sugar with the flour, add the orange juice, zest and eggs and beat well.
Pour the dough into the pan and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from the oven, unmold on a kitchen cloth dusted with sugar and wrap. Let cool and serve decorated to taste.
