Baked cod with potatoes and peppers

 

Ingredients


- 2 pieces of cod
- 1 large potato
- 1/2 onion
- Olive oil
- Garlic powder
- Salt
- red pepper to taste

 


 


Preparation
- In a pyrex dish, place the sliced ​​onion and a little olive oil.
- On top, place the cod slices and, around them, the potato cut into pieces.
- Season with garlic and salt.
- Place the sliced ​​peppers and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake until completely cooked
