Portuguese Feijoada 😋

INGREDIENTS

½ pork sparks
1 pig ear
250 g of pork shank
400 g spare ribs
500 g of white beans
2 medium onions
3 cloves
Garlic cloves
1 carrot
1 small meat chorizo
1 blood sausage
1 small Portuguese cabbage
0.5 dl of olive oil
1 dl of white wine
Salt, pepper and cumin powder q.s.

PREPARATION
On the eve, salt the spark, the ear, the ham and the spare ribs, all cut into pieces, soak the beans.
On the same day, cook the beans in water with a peeled onion and cloves stuck in it.
Peel the remaining onion and garlic cloves and chop both. Peel the carrot and cut it into slices.
Cut the meat sausage in the same way and cook the blood sausage in water. When it is cold, cut it into pieces.
Get the cabbage to pieces. Sauté the chopped onion and garlic cloves in the oil, add the carrot and the chorizo ​​and cool with the white wine. Add the kale and the boneless and cut pieces.
Cook over low heat until the meat is cooked. Add the cooked beans with the respective cooking broth and season with salt, pepper and cumin powder; serve.😋
