Flammekuche, Alsatian pizza

Ingredients

1 pizza dough or flammekueche
70 gr of consistent creme fraiche
70 g of Greek yogurt
200 gr of smoked bacon in pieces
2 onions
salt
chili
nutmeg

Preparation
Step 1 -Open the pizza dough or flammekueche and place it on the baking sheet.
Step 2 - Mix the crème fraîche, Greek yogurt, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Roll over the dough.
Step 3 - Place the smoked bacon pieces on top.
Step 4 - Cut and sauté the onions in butter. Stir regularly to avoid sticking. When the onions become translucent, remove them from the heat.
Step 5 - Place the onions on top of the dough and bake in the oven for 13 minutes at 230 ° C.
Step 6 - Flammekueche is ready, warm and super crispy!
