Roasted pork loin with sweet potatoes

Ingredients

    8 clove garlic
    1 c. salt soup
    1 c. paprika soup
    2 c. cider vinegar soup
    2 c. soy sauce soup
    1 c. honey soup
    C. oil soup
    1.2 kg pork loin
    300 g onions
    800 g sweet potatoes
    400 g butternut squash
    1 c. thyme soup
    2 bay leaves
    1 cinnamon stick
    0.5 dl Port wine


Preparation

    1. Preheat the oven to 160º C.
    2. Crush the garlic cloves with half the salt and the paprika in a mortar, until you get a paste.
    3. Add the vinegar, soy sauce, honey and half the oil and mix well.
    4. In an oven tray, spread the pork loin with the prepared paste.
    5. Cut the onions, sweet potatoes and pumpkin into cubes.
    6. Season with 1 teaspoon of salt, drizzle with remaining oil and sprinkle with dry thyme.
    7. Mix and arrange around the meat, with bay leaves and cinnamon stick.
    8. Bake about an hour and a half. Halfway through, turn the meat over and drizzle it with Port Wine. Stir the vegetables occasionally.
