Meat pie 😋😘

Ingredients

250 gr of minced beef
250 gr of minced pork
Potatoes q.s. to make mashed or 2 sachets of mashed potato flakes
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons of tomato pulp
5 tablespoons of olive oil
1 dl of white wine
1 bay leaf
Salt and pepper q.s.

PREPARATION
Peel the onion and the garlic, chop everything very well, pour it into a pan, add the oil, bring to the heat and cook until the onion is golden brown. Add the minced meat and stir well until they are loose.
Add the tomato pulp, bay leaf and white wine, season with salt and pepper, cook until the meat is almost dry and remove from heat.
Prepare the Flaked Potato Puree as indicated on the packaging.
Pour a thin layer of puree into a pyrex or crockery tray and spread the meat mixture on top. Cover with the rest of the puree, smooth and brush with beaten egg.
Take to a preheated oven at 180ºC for 20 minutes. Remove and serve immediately.😋😉
