300 g chicken what salt that's ground pepper 1 large onion 2 c. of olive oil soup 200 g broccoli on branches 250 g small mushrooms 1 red pepper 4 dl water 180 g wild rice what about fresh thyme
Preparation
1. Cut the chicken breast into strips and season with salt and pepper. 2. In a pot, aloire the onion, chopped in olive oil. 3. Add the chicken strips and sauté for 3 minutes. 4. Add broccoli and mushrooms, cut into quarters, and cook on moderate heat for another 5 minutes. 5. Cut the peppers into strips and wipe the seeds. 6. Add the water to the vegetables, bring to the boil and season with salt. 7. Add the rice, the pepper and about a tablespoon of thyme leaves. 8. Stir, cover and cook 15 minutes or until the rice has absorbed all the liquid. 9. Sprinkle with a little more fresh thyme and serve immediately.😋🙂
