Rabbit With Beer

Ingredients for 4 people:
1 rabbit
2 garlic cloves
2 bay leaves
Salt q.s.
Pepper q.s.
33cl of beer
1dl of oil
1dl olive oil
Chopped parsley
French fries
Frying oil


Preparation:

1. Cut the rabbit into pieces.
Wash and drain well.
Season the rabbit with chopped garlic, salt, pepper, bay leaves and beer.
Let it season for 30 minutes.

2. Drain the rabbit well.
In a large saucepan, combine the oil and olive oil.
Let it warm well.
Meanwhile put the potatoes oil to warm.
Fry the rabbit and let it color.
Put the potatoes to fry.

3. Add the beer to the rabbit and cook for 15 minutes.
Finally sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Serve with the chips.
