Shrimp lasagna



Ingredients


500 g of shrimp crumb
400 g of green beans
1 large onion
3 cloves garlic
1 garlic
2 carrots
2 tomatoes
Salt q.s.
White pepper q.s.
Olive oil q.s.

Cheese q.b.




Preparation

In a pan with olive oil, sauté the onion with chopped garlic until golden. Add the finely chopped garlic, carrot and tomato.

Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat, add the pre-cooked green beans in boiling water and the shrimp crumb. Cook for another 5 minutes. Finally, add Bechamel Mimosa Sauce. Wrap everything up nicely. Season to taste with salt, pepper and oregano.

In a rectangular tray, make layers: first the lasagna, then the sauce and finally the grated cheese. Repeat this process 4 times. Bring the gratin to the oven for 40 minutes at 180ºC. Serve with salad.
