Shrimp Curry with Coconut Milk 🦐🦐🍤🍤 Ingredients 300 gr of peeled prawns 1 onion 1 clove of garlic 1 green lemon 100 ml coconut milk 1 col. ginger tea 1 col. curry tea 1/2 col. turmeric tea salt pepper oil Preparation Step 1 - In the pan/pan, sauté the onion with the olive oil. When it becomes transparent, add the crushed garlic, ginger and green lemon juice. Step 2 - Mix well and leave to cook for a few minutes. Then add the coconut milk, curry, salt and pepper. Mix and leave to cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Step 3 - Finally, add the peeled prawns and leave for another 2 to 3 minutes.

Bacon Tortilla 😊😊 Ingredients 2 spoons of olive oil 2 medium onions cut into half moons 50g bacon cut into cubes 2 fresh seedless tomatoes, cut into cubes 8 beaten eggs 1 tablespoon chopped parsley Salt q.b Pepper q.b 100g straw potatoes green salad to accompany Preparation 1. In a frying pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and sauté 2 medium onions cut into half moons. Add 50g of diced bacon and cook until golden. 2. Add 2 fresh seedless tomatoes cut into cubes and let it cook. Add 100g of straw potatoes, distributed evenly. 3. Pour 8 beaten eggs with 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley and salt to taste. Cover the frying pan with a lid and let it cook over low heat. 4. When the base is cooked, turn the tortilla upside down using a plate. 5. Cover again until the tortilla is fully cooked. 6. Serve hot or cold with a green salad.

Chicken Curry 🍗🍗 Ingredients 200 ml coconut milk 300 g of chicken 1 onion (1 or 2) 1/4 yellow pepper 2 carrots chives 1 c. of olive oil soup 1/2 lemon 15 g of butter ginger powder 1 c. paprika dessert (paprika) 1 c. of curry soup 1 c. of tomato concentrate soup 2 garlic cloves Preparation Cut the chicken into pieces and place in a container. Grate the garlic and add it to the chicken, plus the curry and juice from half a lemon. Mix and let marinate. Step 2 - Place the onion, yellow pepper, carrots and chives in the blender. Mix until you get a thick paste. Step 3 - Heat the oil and butter in a frying pan and add the vegetables from the previous preparation. Let it cook for 10 minutes to evaporate the water from the vegetables. Step 4 - Add the tomato concentrate, ginger, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix. (Add a pinch of sugar if the tomato concentrate is too acidic). Step 5 - Then add the marinated chicken and let it cook. Step 6 - Once the chicken is cooked, add the coconu
