Seafood Rice

• 2 seafood packages;
• 400g of carolino rice;
• 1 large onion;
• 2 garlic cloves;
• 1 small can of peeled tomato;
• 1 Branch of parsley;
• Salt and piripiri q.b ..

Put the seafood in a wire rack, rinse with water, let it drain and set aside. Peel and wash the onion and garlic cloves and chop them finely.
Take a pot on the fire with the oil, let it heat, add the onion and the garlic and let it braise until the onion is transparent. Then add the chopped tomatoes with the sauce and a sprig of parsley and cook for another 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add 1L of water, season with salt and piripiri, stir and boil. Then add the seafood and rice and cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add more water gradually if necessary. Remove from heat and serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.

The seafood rice can be prepared in a clay pot, in this way the aroma and the flavor become more intense. This dish should be served immediately so that the rice is loose.
