- 50 g bacon to the cubes
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon tomatoes to frozen cubes
- olive oil
- salt flower

Preparation:
STEP 1:
omelet
Start by defrosting the shrimp crumbs in advance. Cut the sea delicacies into small pieces.

STEP 2:
Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt flower and add the shrimp crumb and the sea delicacies. Wrap the mixture well and add the chopped parsley.

Heat oil in a frying pan and fry (2 omelettes), letting it cook well on one side, on a low heat, and when it is well-browned, fold it in half. Remove from frying pan and place to drain.

STEP 4:
Sprig of peas:
Cook the peas in boiling water with a pinch of salt flower. Meanwhile, pour a wire of olive oil in a frying pan and cook the onions on a low heat for about 5 minutes.

Then add the tomato cubes and wrap well, adding the bacon. Let the bacon brown, keeping it warm and stirring occasionally.

STEP 6:
When the peas are cooked, drain them. Then put them in the bacon mixture and cook, gently stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes.

STEP 7:
Serve the peas with the shrimp omelette.
