Passion Fruit Pudding


- 5 sheets of colorless gelatin
- 150 ml of milk
- 3 packets of cream (600 ml)
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 420 gr of passion fruit pulp
- 1 packet of pineapple jelly
- 100 ml of passion fruit pulp

1) Dip the gelatin in cold water.
2) Bring the milk to warm, when it is hot drain the gelatin and melt it in hot milk.
3) Beat the cream and add the can of condensed milk, the passion fruit pulp and the gelatin diluted in the milk, mix everything very well.
Preparation Coverage:
1) Dissolve the gelatin normally but only with 125 ml of water and then cool the passion fruit pulp and pour into the form and cool until hard.
2) After hardening the pudding is made and poured into the form to go back to the cold.
