Cod With Cream

Ingredients:
4 put of cod in batter
6 dl milk
1 sliced onion (s)
olive oil
2 c. Flour soup
1 kg potato (s)
nutmeg
2 dl cream
grated cheese
Q.b. salt
Q.b. chili

preparation:
1. Bake the cod slices in milk.

2. Cut the onion into thin slices and saute in olive oil until soft and transparent.

3. Drain the cod and spoil it into chips and add to the onion. Bring to a boil. Sprinkle with flour, stir and drizzle with coarse milk, where you baked the cod before. Allow to thicken, stirring occasionally.

4. Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes and fry them in non-hot oil so that they are cooked harder than fried. Drain the potatoes and add them to the cod. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

5. Pour everything into a greased baking dish, spread the cream on top and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake until gratin. Serve with a fresh salad of lettuce and tomato.
